OneForce Academy Community Services Mission Statement OneForce Academy is dedicated to strengthening individuals, empowering youth, supporting families, and building thriving communities through meaningful programs, essential resources, and opportunities for growth. Our mission is to serve people of all ages by promoting education, athletic development, mentorship, wellness, independence, and community engagement while creating pathways to brighter and more successful futures. Through our youth programs, sports training, academic assistance, leadership development, and mentorship, we equip young people with the discipline, confidence, character, and life skills necessary to reach their fullest potential and become responsible, productive, and impactful individuals. We believe that sports and education are powerful tools for developing leadership, building resilience, encouraging teamwork, and opening doors to future opportunities, including higher education and scholarships. We are equally committed to honoring our veterans, uplifting our seniors, supporting families, and strengthening underserved communities through wellness initiatives, mental health resources, housing and financial guidance, community outreach, and supportive services. By working alongside volunteers, donors, and community partners, we strive to remove barriers, inspire hope, and ensure that individuals from every generation have the resources and encouragement they need to thrive. OneForce Academy is a nonprofit dedicated to building stronger people and stronger communities. For the past eight years, we have partnered with churches, schools, athletic programs, and community organizations to create pathways for growth, development, and lasting impact.
We believe that sports, education, and community involvement are the gateways to meaningful partnerships. Through these areas, we connect with individuals, families, schools, and organizations, creating opportunities to invest in the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
How we Oneforce Adamemy
Sports & Athletic Development
Athletics often serve as the first point of connection. Through age-appropriate training, agility programs, team development, and performance coaching, we help athletes build speed, strength, coordination, discipline, and confidence. These programs open the door to deeper relationships with schools, teams, families, and community leaders.
Educational Enrichment
Education creates opportunities for growth beyond the playing field. We provide workshops, tutoring, leadership development, life-skills training, and mentoring that equip students and adults with the tools they need to succeed academically, professionally, and personally.
Community Engagement
Strong communities are built through service and connection. From outreach events and volunteer initiatives to neighborhood programs and leadership opportunities, we bring people together to create positive change and strengthen local relationships.
Expanded Support Services
As partnerships grow, we provide additional resources that address the needs of the whole person, including mental wellness support, resilience coaching, mentorship, and personal development programs that help individuals navigate challenges and reach their goals.
Scholarship Opportunities
We believe financial barriers should never prevent participation. Through scholarships and financial assistance, we ensure that individuals and families can access programs, camps, and development opportunities regardless of their ability to pay.
