Jaylen Williams is a Sports Management graduate, former collegiate baseball player, mentor, and community leader whose passion for developing people has been shaped through athletics, coaching, and service. Throughout his academic and athletic career, he benefited from the guidance of coaches, mentors, and leaders who invested in his growth, helping him develop the discipline, character, and leadership skills that continue to influence his professional and personal journey.
As a collegiate athlete, Jaylen learned the value of teamwork, perseverance, accountability, and servant leadership. These lessons were further strengthened through his internship as a junior varsity baseball coach, where he gained hands-on experience mentoring young athletes, fostering personal development, and building strong team cultures. The training and mentorship he received throughout these experiences instilled in him a commitment to helping others recognize and achieve their full potential.
Today, Jaylen serves as President of OneForce Academy, a role earned through his dedication to community development, youth mentorship, sports training, and leadership. His ability to connect with individuals, develop future leaders, and create opportunities for growth has positioned him as a trusted mentor and advocate for young people and families. Through OneForce Academy, he is committed to empowering the next generation by providing guidance, athletic development, character-building opportunities, and leadership training that extend far beyond the field of play.
Jaylen's mission is rooted in the belief that strong mentorship and positive leadership can transform lives and strengthen communities. Whether coaching athletes, leading organizational initiatives, or serving as a mentor, he remains committed to creating lasting impact through service, development, and purpose-driven leadership.
Outside of his professional and community responsibilities, Jaylen enjoys golfing, spending quality time with his family, and embracing his most important role as a proud father to his son, Kash. His dedication to family, personal growth, and community engagement continues to guide both his leadership and his vision for the future.

NIEYAH WILLIAMS

Frank "Tiger" Williams is a respected trainer, coach, mentor, and community leader from Florence, South Carolina. A proud 1995 graduate of Wilson High School, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Morris College in Sumter, South Carolina. During his collegiate career, Coach Williams excelled both academically and athletically as a standout basketball player, serving in a leadership role on the team and earning numerous honors, including Freshman of the Year and three-time Defensive Player of the Year.
With more than 26 years of coaching experience, Coach Williams has dedicated his life to developing young athletes through basketball and baseball programs across the Pee Dee region and beyond. His commitment extends far beyond the playing field, as he remains actively involved in numerous athletic and civic organizations that strengthen and uplift the community.
In addition to his coaching accomplishments, Coach Williams is the **Founder of OneForce**, an organization that has become a powerful platform for youth development, mentorship, leadership training, and community engagement. Through OneForce, he has created opportunities for young people to build character, develop life skills, and achieve success both on and off the court. The organization's impact has been significant, helping shape future leaders while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and service throughout the community.
At the core of Coach Williams' philosophy is a commitment to helping every student and athlete reach their full potential. He consistently encourages young people to never settle for less than their best and to embrace the challenges that lead to growth and achievement.
As Coach Williams often says, "There is more to winning than just wanting to. Quitters are great losers. Accept defeat, but cherish victory. Good athletes always find a way, while losers will always find an excuse. As an athlete, you may seek perfection and never achieve it, but you will always gain from the pursuit."

CHRISTIE DENNIS
SECRETARY
In organizing workshops that enhance skills and character development. Shanode Williams is a nationally recognized early childhood education leader, consultant, mentor, and advocate with more than 22 years of dedicated service supporting children, families, educators, and communities. Throughout his distinguished career, he has served in a variety of influential leadership roles, including Site Manager, Education Manager, Head Start Program Director, Federal Reviewer for the Office of Head Start, and Early Childhood Education Consultant.
Mr. Williams is widely respected for his expertise in Head Start Performance Standards, CLASS (Classroom Assessment Scoring System), program leadership, and quality improvement systems. Through his consulting and training work, he has helped numerous early childhood programs strengthen compliance, improve instructional practices, and build sustainable systems that promote positive outcomes for children and families. His passion for professional development has empowered educators and leaders across multiple states to better understand and implement high-quality early childhood education practices.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mr. Williams is deeply committed to community engagement and youth development. He has dedicated countless hours to mentoring young children and adolescents, helping guide them toward becoming confident, responsible, and successful adults. Through motivational speaking, leadership development, and relationship-building initiatives, he works closely with youth to encourage personal growth, accountability, education, and positive decision-making.
His community involvement extends far beyond the classroom. Mr. Williams has volunteered extensively within underserved communities, participated in numerous community drives and fundraising initiatives designed to provide opportunities and resources for youth and families, and served on various boards and committees focused on advancing early childhood education, adolescent support systems, and community wellness initiatives. His work consistently reflects his belief that strong communities are built through collaboration, mentorship, education, and service.
Mr. Williams has also been recognized for his outstanding contributions to the field through multiple awards and honors, including selection to participate in the prestigious NIKE Leadership for Head Start initiative. His leadership style is rooted in compassion, empowerment, and advocacy, with a strong commitment to ensuring that every child, family, and educator has access to the support and opportunities they deserve.

Nieyah Williams is an accomplished nonprofit operations and community development leader with more than 20 years of experience in business management, organizational development, compliance, and strategic planning. Her professional background combines expertise in nonprofit administration, community programming, entrepreneurship, and family-centered initiatives that create sustainable impact for youth and families.
Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, and a resident of Atlanta, Georgia for more than 23 years, Nieyah has dedicated her career to strengthening communities through education, mentorship, youth development, and organizational leadership. She holds academic credentials BA Science in Nursing, Behavioral Science and Psychology, Business Management , with studies completed through Georgia Military College and Clayton State University. She has also pursued advanced professional development in Business Entrepreneurship, Economics, Strategic Financing, Contract Law, and organizational leadership through certifications and licensing at Harvard University.
As a partner of Oneforce Academy, Nieyah serves in a key operational leadership role, overseeing business operations, compliance, organizational development, and strategic growth initiatives. Her commitment to building effective systems and sustainable programs has helped support the organization's mission of empowering individuals and families through sports & education, workforce development, and community engagement.
Nieyah is also the Operating Founder and Developer of AMAN, Inc. a family-founded nonprofit organization that has served communities since 1994. AMAN, Inc. focuses on community development programming, youth education, sports initiatives, mentorship, and family support services. Through her leadership, the organization has remained committed to creating opportunities that foster personal growth, educational achievement, and stronger family structures.
Guided by her personal motto, "God, Family, and Service," Nieyah believes that strong families are the foundation of thriving communities. Her passion lies in developing programs, partnerships, and organizational frameworks that empower youth, strengthen family dynamics, and create lasting community impact. Through her work in nonprofit operations and leadership, she continues to champion initiatives that equip families and young people with the resources, mentorship, and opportunities needed to succeed.
COACH EBONY LARUE
PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Eboni LaRue is an educator, coach, author, and leadership development advocate dedicated to empowering young people through education, mentorship, and athletics. With seven years of experience in public education and leadership in athletic development, she is committed to creating environments that foster growth, accountability, resilience, and long-term success.
A Georgia State Champion, McDonald’s All-American Nominee, and former Division I basketball player at the University of Illinois, Eboni understands firsthand the transformative power of sports and mentorship. Her experiences as both an athlete and educator have shaped her passion for developing programs and opportunities that positively impact youth and communities.
As Head Girls Basketball Coach at Morrow High School, Eboni has built programs centered on championship standards, character development, academic accountability, and leadership growth. She believes success extends beyond competition and is deeply committed to preparing young people for meaningful achievement in life.
Eboni holds a Master’s degree in Sports Management and is currently pursuing an Education Specialist degree. She is also the author of Beyond the Game: How Sports Skills Transform Lives After Athletics, where she explores how lessons learned through sports can build leadership skills and lifelong success.
Outside of her professional work, Eboni is a devoted wife to Raymond LaRue and mother to Bryson LaRue. Her commitment to service, leadership, and legacy drives her work to strengthen communities and create opportunities for future generations.
As a member of the Executive Board, Eboni brings expertise in youth development, education, program leadership, mentorship, and organizational growth while maintaining a steadfast commitment to mission-driven impact.

Christie L. Dennis is a dedicated coach, implementation consultant, and family-centered leader who is passionate about helping people and organizations thrive. Born and raised in Sumter, South Carolina, she specializes in guiding organizations through the successful implementation of supplemental health plans, ensuring solutions are delivered with excellence, care, and impact.
Beyond her professional expertise, Christie is committed to developing the next generation through coaching and mentorship. She empowers young athletes by teaching the values of teamwork, resilience, discipline, and purpose—lessons that extend far beyond the court. Known for her servant leadership, integrity, and genuine investment in others, Christie believes that lasting success starts from within.
